At MR NEONS, we respect your privacy. This page explains in plain language what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it.
What we collect
When you book a detail, request a quote, or pay for a service, we may collect:
- Your name and contact details (phone number, email address)
- Your address or workplace location — we’re a mobile service, so we need to know where to come
- Details about your vehicle (make, model, condition) so we can quote and deliver the right service
- Payment and transaction details when you pay by card
How we collect it
We collect information directly from you — when you call, message, email, fill in a form on our website, or book a service.
When you pay by card, our payment provider Square processes the transaction securely and automatically creates a customer profile for you in our customer directory. This profile records your transaction history with us (for example, which services you’ve had and when). We never see or store your full card number.
Why we collect it
We use your information to:
- Provide quotes and carry out detailing services at your location
- Process payments and send receipts
- Keep a record of your service history so we can look after your vehicle better over time
- Contact you about your booking, or follow up on a completed service
- Occasionally let you know about services or offers we think may interest you — only if you’re happy to hear from us
What we don’t do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We only share it with the service providers we need to run the business (such as Square for payments), and they’re required to protect it.
How we store it
Your information is stored securely in the systems we use to run the business, including Square’s encrypted payment platform. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax records).
Marketing
If we send you a promotional message and you’d rather not receive them, just reply and tell us — we’ll stop straight away.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just get in touch using the details below and we’ll sort it out promptly.
